Hierarchical task lists with Kanban, Gantt, calendar, map and stats views
Tasks keeps one task list per project and shows it as a tree grid, Kanban board, calendar, Gantt chart, network graph or site map, mind map and statistics dashboard. Tasks carry dates, priority, progress, assignee, cost, map location, tags, dependencies and custom attributes, and the list exchanges with AbstractSpoon ToDoList (.tdl), plain JSON and Motion 3D work-breakdown structures.

Quick answers
Is Tasks the same as the Kanban app?
No. Kanban is a separate board with its own file and orchestrator cards. Tasks has its own Kanban tab that shows the project's tasks by status.
Do my tasks sync between devices?
Yes. Every save writes tasks/tasks.json into the project folder, which syncs like any other project file. The synced file is loaded on open and wins over the browser copy.
Can I use it with the ToDoList desktop app?
Yes. Export .tdl writes a standard ToDoList file with hierarchy, priorities, dates, categories and people, and Import .tdl reads one. Hours, dependencies and custom attributes survive only in the JSON export.
Why is the Send back to Motion 3D button disabled?
It only works for a WBS that first arrived from Motion 3D, because those tasks carry the model anchor needed to re-associate IFC elements.
Does it use AI tokens?
No. Tasks makes no AI calls.
