Tekton AI is designed for data analysts, business professionals, researchers, developers, content creators, and teams who need to create dashboards, reports, and documents efficiently. It suits individuals and enterprises alike.

We offer three plans:

• Starter — For individuals getting started. Includes 50 AI calls/month and single-user access.
• Professional — Unlimited AI calls, up to 5 team members, priority support.
• Enterprise — Unlimited everything, custom integrations, SSO, SLA, and dedicated support.

Yes. All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card required. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue with the Starter plan.

You can import data from:

• CSV files (comma, semicolon, or tab-delimited)

The AI Chat panel lets you describe what you want in natural language. For example, type "Create a bar chart of monthly sales" and the AI generates the appropriate visualization code. It understands your dashboard context, so it can modify existing containers, add new ones, or fix issues based on your instructions.

AutoMode lets the AI autonomously build and refine your dashboard. When enabled, the AI iterates on your request — creating containers, adjusting layouts, and fixing errors — without requiring approval for each step. You can set the maximum number of iterations and stop AutoMode at any time.

Yes. Dashboards can be exported as:

• JSON project files (for re-importing later)
• PNG/SVG images of individual charts
• PDF reports of the entire dashboard
• Standalone HTML files for sharing

On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can share dashboards with team members. Each user gets their own workspace, and shared dashboards support role-based access (view-only or edit). Real-time collaboration is on our roadmap.

DocMan AI includes templates for:

• Legal documents (contracts, NDAs, agreements)
• Business reports and proposals
• Technical documentation
• Letters and correspondence
• Invoices and financial documents
• Academic papers and research

Templates include smart placeholders that the AI can auto-fill based on your case data.

Select text and use the AI assistant to rewrite, expand, summarize, translate, or change tone. You can also use the chat panel to request document-wide changes like "make this more formal" or "add a conclusion section." The AI understands the full document context.

Documents can be exported as:

• PDF (print-ready with styling)
• HTML (standalone web page)
• Markdown (.md)
• Plain text (.txt)
• DOCX (Microsoft Word format — coming soon)

Any text-based document: contracts, reports, proposals, manuals, articles, letters, meeting notes, SOPs, and more. DocMan AI combines a rich text editor with AI assistance, so you can write any document type and get intelligent help throughout the process.

Tekton AI supports all modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 15+, and Edge 90+. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

The landing pages, FAQ, and wiki are fully responsive. The Dashboard Maker and DocMan apps are optimized for desktop and tablet screens (1024px+). Mobile viewing of dashboards works, but editing is best on larger screens. Touch gestures are supported on tablets.

The editor interfaces can be used offline for editing existing content. However, AI features require an internet connection to communicate with the AI backend. Dashboard rendering works offline once loaded, as visualization libraries are cached locally.

Your data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage/IndexedDB) and optionally synced to our secure cloud servers. On self-hosted or Enterprise deployments, data stays entirely on your infrastructure. We never share your data with third parties.

Yes. Tekton AI provides a REST API for programmatic access to AI chat, document transformation, and status endpoints. API access is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. See the API Reference for documentation.

Click "Login" in the navigation, then "Create account." Enter your name, email, password, and choose a plan. You will receive a confirmation email. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.

Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You can pay monthly or annually (with a discount). Invoices are generated automatically and available in your account settings. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.

On Professional and Enterprise plans, go to Account Settings and select "Team." You can invite members by email, assign roles (Admin, User, Viewer), and manage permissions. Team members share the organization workspace while maintaining their own private workspace.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. API keys and credentials are hashed and never stored in plain text. Our infrastructure follows industry security best practices.

Yes. We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations. You can request data export or deletion at any time. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Enterprise customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our cloud infrastructure is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) with optional US and Asia-Pacific regions for Enterprise customers. Self-hosted deployments run entirely on your own infrastructure.

Yes. Enterprise plans include the option for on-premise or private cloud deployment. Tekton AI can run on your own servers, giving you complete control over data and infrastructure. We provide Docker images and deployment guides.

Yes. Enterprise plans support SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) for SSO integration with providers like Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and others. Contact our sales team for setup assistance.

Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA with 24/7 priority support, dedicated account manager, and guaranteed response times. Custom SLA terms are available for large deployments.
