Refund Policy
Effective: February 14, 2026
Free Trial
The Starter plan includes a free trial period. No payment is required and no refund is applicable for the free tier.
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle for monthly plans.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period with no refund.
- Prorated refunds for annual plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis for qualifying circumstances.
Prorated Refunds
Prorated refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Extended service outage exceeding our SLA commitments (Enterprise plans)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Downgrade from a higher tier mid-cycle (credit applied to future billing)
How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@tektonai.com with your account email and reason for the request.
- We will review your request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable
- Setup fees or onboarding charges (Enterprise plans)
- Custom development or integration work
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Plan Changes
- Upgrade: Prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the next billing cycle. Credit may be applied.
