Refund Policy

Effective: February 14, 2026

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the full suite. No payment is required and no refund is applicable for the trial period.

One-Time License

The TektStudio license is a one-time purchase that grants perpetual access. Because the license is delivered and activated immediately, it is refundable within 14 days of purchase on request, provided the account has not consumed platform AI tokens in that period. After 14 days the license is non-refundable.

Token Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel the monthly platform-token subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time or unused tokens within a billing cycle.

Token Top-up Packs

• Top-up packs are consumable digital goods credited to your balance immediately.
• Unused top-up tokens are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request; tokens already consumed are not.

Prorated Refunds

Prorated refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Extended service outage that prevented use of platform AI during a paid period
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Tokens consumed because of a verified platform fault (credited back to your balance)

How to Request a Refund

1. Email billing@tektonai.com with your account email and reason for the request.
2. We will review your request within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable

• Local AI Setup service fees once the installation session has taken place
• Custom development or integration work
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
