Project Atlas
Every project as a pin on a surveyor's globe
Project Atlas registers all your jobs as stations on a 3D globe with real ΕΓΣΑ87 parcel and survey geometry behind each pin. Dive from the globe to a Leaflet parcel map and a 3D terrain view that blends a DEM onto your spot levels, code surveys by tracing, import total-station CSVs, and export ArchiCAD Project Info XML, DXF R12 and point lists. Stations link to Hub project folders and hand terrain and surveys to ARCH3D.
Who it is for: Civil and surveying engineers and architects running several sites who want one georeferenced register of their work.
Quick answers
Does Atlas follow the project I picked in the Hub?
No. Atlas is workspace-wide and shows every station; each station can be linked to a Hub folder, and Open in Hub switches the Hub to it.
How accurate is the terrain?
The DEM is about 30 m native and is marked indicative. Levels are survey grade only where your own spot levels are; the DEM is shifted onto your datum around them.
Where is the data stored?
In one atlas.json file inside a reserved workspace project named atlas, saved through the normal file API, so it syncs between devices.
Can I bring my own cadastral or orthophoto layers?
Yes, by configuration: add a WMS or tile layer to CONFIG.MAP.overlays or point CONFIG.TERRAIN.url at your own tiles. There is no settings panel for it yet.
What happens when I click Open in ARCH3D?
The blended terrain and aerial crop are sent to an open ARCH3D tab if one acknowledges; otherwise they are dropped into the project vault and this tab opens ARCH3D, which asks for consent before importing.
