Kanban

Queue, schedule and monitor AI generation jobs across projects

Workflow & AutomationBest on desktop; partial on phoneTektBridge optional (local AI)BetaAI-assisted

Kanban is a job board where every card is an AI production task: a local Forge image, a TTS clip, a Gemini or Veo/LTX cloud generation, an AI-written document, or a Flow workflow run. Cards move from Pending through Processing to Review or Done on their own, show progress and result previews, can be scheduled or set to repeat, and their output can be saved into the project workspace or opened in Studio, SyncCut or DocMan.

Who it is for: Creators and engineers running batches of AI generation jobs who want one board to watch them all.

Quick answers

Why doesn't the board change when I switch projects in the Hub?

By design: the board is a cross-project monitor stored under the project active when you opened Kanban. Reopen Kanban from the Hub to load another project's board.

Does a scheduled task run with the browser closed?

Only for the default-project board, which the server scheduler watches every 30 s. Other boards run scheduled cards while a Kanban tab is open.

Where is my generated image saved?

Nowhere until you click Save to Workspace on the card or tick Auto-save when creating it; it then lands in the card's project as <task name>.png.

Can I use my own API key for cloud image or video tasks?

Not here. Kanban's cloud tasks use the server-configured keys; Studio and SyncCut use your vault keys.

How do I get a Flow run onto the board?

Run it in Flow and tick Create Kanban Card in the completion dialog. The card links back to the workflow and the stored run.
