Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tekton AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ioannis Spyridis ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Tekton AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered dashboard creation and document editing tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Exceed your licensed seat count or share credentials.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by the Company. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription term.

Content you create using the Service ("User Content") remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process User Content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data as necessary to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Enterprise customers may have SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations with notice.
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, data may be deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
