Pricing questions

Is the license really a one-time payment?

Yes. $9.99 buys a perpetual license for every app in the suite, including updates. There is no renewal and no per-seat fee. The only recurring charge is the optional platform-token subscription, which you can skip entirely by using your own API keys or local AI.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Your projects and files stay in your workspace. To keep using the apps, buy the license from Settings → Billing or from this page. Nothing is deleted when a trial expires.

Do I need platform tokens?

No. Tokens are only consumed when an app uses platform-hosted AI models. If you add your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key in Settings, or run Ollama, Claude Code CLI, Gemini CLI, Forge or ComfyUI locally, AI is free and no tokens are used.

What is a token?

A token is roughly three-quarters of a word of model input or output. A typical chat reply costs a few hundred tokens; drafting a long document or running an agent loop costs more. Your live balance is shown in Settings → Billing.

Do unused tokens roll over?

Monthly subscription tokens reset every billing cycle. Top-up packs are credited to a separate balance that is only reduced when you spend it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments go through Stripe Checkout, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Prices are in USD; the Local AI Setup service is quoted in EUR.

Can I cancel the token subscription?

Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep the remaining tokens until the end of the period. Your license is not affected. See our Refund Policy.
