Diagrams

Text-to-diagram editor with seven live rendering engines

Data & VisualizationBest on desktop; partial on phoneTektBridge optional (local AI)AI-assisted

Diagrams renders flowcharts, sequence diagrams and data charts from short text code, with a code editor beside a live, zoomable preview. It bundles Mermaid, Vega-Lite, Vega, D3, Observable Plot, Plotly and Function Plot, and an AI chat that writes or edits the code for you. Sources are saved as files in your project and the same fenced blocks render inside DocMan documents and Dashboard tiles.

Who it is for: Engineers, researchers and writers who want diagrams and charts as editable text rather than screenshots.

Quick answers

Which engine should I use for a flowchart?

Mermaid. It also covers sequence, state, class, ER, Gantt and pie diagrams. Use Vega-Lite or Plotly for data charts and Function Plot for mathematical functions.

The AI replied but the diagram did not change.

Auto-apply only copies a code block whose fence language matches the active engine pill. Switch the pill or press the Apply button under the code block.

Can I export a PNG or SVG?

Only Vega-Lite charts have an export menu. For other engines take a screenshot, or paste the code into a DocMan document and export from there.

Will the code work in DocMan?

Yes. DocMan renders the same fenced blocks. Tick DocMan mode in the chat so the AI uses SCOPE variables and __CSV datasets with fallbacks.

Can I use a local model?

Yes, pick Ollama, LM Studio or a CLI backend in the chat's backend dropdown; these need the TektBridge companion running on your computer.
